Yes, I ask for simple items found along the baseboards or the foundation to be moved away for treatment.

Yes, regardless of treatment, you will need to vacate the treated areas. For interior treatments it is recommend leaving the home for 30 minutes to an hour. For more extensive treatments, you may need to vacate for 2 hours. Exterior liquid treatments typically dry faster. You may vacate for at least 30 mins to an hour. Or until dry.

All the products used are safe for children and pets (I follow and recommend what the product label asks). I do ask for them to stay away from the treated areas. Children and pets must be in the care of the parent(s). ONCE ITS DRY, it is safe to return to those areas.

On the initial visit, it may take an hour. Going forward, depending on the service package typically 15 to 30 minutes.
